Our story
Opificio 77 was born from the vision of Alessandro Gherardi, mixologist and master distiller, with training at prestigious Italian academies such as the Mixology Academy in Rome, the Drink Factory in Bologna and the Istituto Enologico Cerletti in Conegliano Veneto.
The union of technical skills and artisan passion has given life to a laboratory where tradition and innovation meet to create unique and high-quality products.

Our journey began with the goal of bringing premixed cocktails to Italian homes. Today we also produce liqueurs, spirits and distillates for brands and companies, offering unique and superior quality products.

THE RAW MATERIAL
Every product signed Opificio 77 is born from a meticulous search for the best raw materials. From local botanicals, such as citrus peels from Tuscany, to flowers, aromatic herbs and spices from carefully selected suppliers, each ingredient is carefully chosen to guarantee an authentic and refined taste.
This attention to detail not only enhances the characteristics of each creation, but makes each sip a unique experience, capable of telling the quality and passion that distinguish our work.
the production method
In our laboratory we use two distinctive distillation methods: the traditional copper still, which guarantees intense and characterful results, and the Rotavapor, ideal for preserving the freshness and purity of the most delicate aromas. Each phase of the production process is handled with artisanal attention, expertly blending tradition and innovation.
