Alfred Gin originates from the art of low-temperature micro-distillation, skillfully combining the aromas of 12 selected botanicals. This unique spirit captures the authentic scents of Tuscany, between the fresh notes of the Apuan Alps and the marine essences of the Tyrrhenian Sea.
Each batch is exclusive, consisting of approximately 250 numbered bottles, ensuring craftsmanship and superior quality.

Distilled at low temperature with Rotavapor. This technique allows to create a softer and fresher gin.
Alfred Gin captivates with a refined bouquet of fresh citrus and herbaceous notes, reflecting its high-quality natural ingredients. The finish reveals subtle woody nuances, courtesy of quassia, adding depth and complexity to the aromatic profile.
Il nostro Gin si distingue per un sapore delicatamente morbido e armonioso. Al primo assaggio, emergono le classiche note di ginepro, seguite da freschi accenti agrumati e un elegante aroma floreale, grazie all’Iris che dona un lieve sentore di violetta. Il finale sorprende con sfumature erbacee e legnose, sapientemente bilanciate da timo, finocchietto, melissa e quassio, per un’esperienza gustativa unica e raffinata.
